before a the chapter 7/8 of this Fridayfrom Beyond Illusion, Ursula pays Isadora a visit to convince her that marrying Joaquim is the only way for her to become a respected seamstress.
“Your new business will only succeed if you are married and above suspicion. Joaquim will protect you from gossip. If you really want to make a career as a dressmaker in this stuffy small town, your only chance is to get married,” says the boy’s mother.

But Ursula and Joaquim won’t stop there. While Isadora is overjoyed at the inauguration of Dalva Miranda’s studio, her stage name, the two plot to sabotage her business. And the bad news comes through Violeta (Malu Galli).
“Look what that damn columnist published today,” says the mother, handing the newspaper to Isadora.
The girl, already trembling, will read the note:
“The longawaited arrival of Dona Darcy Vargas for today’s inauguration of the Ateliê de Dalva Miranda in Campos will not take place. The first lady declined the invitation after learning of the girl’s bad reputation in town.”
Isadora will be devastated…
“My dream is over! Nobody will come to my grand opening.”

Davi returns to the studio and saves Isadora, ending Joaquim’s plan. Leonidas feels uneasy about meeting his father, and Heloísa tries to comfort her husband. Iolanda shows Margô the file with the documents against Joaquim. Eugenio asks to meet up with Violeta again. Matias is impressed by Olivia. Joaquim gets angry when Violeta asks him to train Olivia. Enrico asks Emilia to go to the casino with him. Cipriano complains to Giovanna about his wife. Ursula hatches a plan to destroy Isadora’s reputation. Emilia’s presentation on the radio is a success. Bento writes to Lorenzo. Isadora despairs with a notice in the newspaper that defames her.
