US President Joe Biden has ruled out delivering F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine at this time. Regarding the demands of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Biden said yesterday in an interview with the American television network ABC: “He doesn’t need an F-16 now.” planes available.
