Big Brother’s Farida insists she has “NO regrets” calling MS sufferer Kerry “lazy” – despite being left fuming over a “disgusting and old-fashioned” comment about her disabled nemesis: ” It’s a reflection of their own behavior.”

Big Brother star Farida has vehemently insisted she “doesn’t regret” calling disabled housemate Kerry “lazy”.

The 50-year-old make-up artist has come under fire for her “insensitive” comments she made in the Diary Room last week about NHS manager Kerry, 40, who has multiple sclerosis.

Speaking exclusively to Web, Farida, who became the first housemate to be evicted on Friday, said of her row with Kerry: “It was very, very frustrating. “I could kind of see what she was doing. “Her energy really felt like she wasn’t the best person to hang out with on a daily basis.”

“She would make up stories and then come over to you, engage you in a topic and say, ‘Farida, what do you think about this?’ “And the moment you express your opinion, she twists it.’

“The truth is that this is a reflection of their own behavior,” she added.

“It’s a social experiment and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with asking questions,” she continued.

Farida will face his nemesis Kerry on Friday evening – the former was axed from the ITV show following the public vote.

During last week’s task – which saw contestants work for a fictional company chaired by Big Brother with big wigs, middle management and bums – Farida accused Kerry of not engaging in the physicality of the tasks.

During her visit to the diary room, Farida said, “Kerry is the lazy one.” No help with washing, drying, cutting or vegetables. Yes, she might be proud that she got promoted because she is now even higher than middle management…

“This title will be a great honor for her, but I hope that it is full of counting and trains not her mouth, but her mindset, her brain and her hands.”

Farida’s attack on the NHS worker sparked an explosion on X, formerly known as Twitter, as viewers complained that she was “reinforcing stereotypes towards people with disabilities”.

Angry viewers branded Farida “out of order”, “disgusting” and “ignorant” over her comments, writing: “Nothing gets me down more than lazy rhetoric.” I don’t know how much pain, fatigue, etc. affects a person felt in that moment.”

The NHS website says: “Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that can affect the brain and spinal cord, causing a wide range of potential symptoms, including problems with vision, arm or leg movement, feeling or balance .”

“It is a lifelong condition that can sometimes cause severe disability.” Symptoms include fatigue, difficulty walking, muscle stiffness and cramps, problems with balance and coordination, and problems with thinking, learning and planning.

Viewers wrote: “People are somehow more annoyed by Kerry being Gemma Collins (which I think is just because she’s tall and from Essex, so prejudice) but not by Farida casually talking about Kerry’s Disabilities and physical problems insulted…”

“Did Farida just call a #MS patient lazy?!? #Ableism #BigBrother… Farida’s attempt to turn everyone against Kerry for not helping with housework is the same kind of ableism that paints disabled people who can’t work as lazy. Absolutely disgusting…

“For example, what do you contribute in terms of support or morale, Farida?” Yes, exactly #BBUK… Sure, she doesn’t chop vegetables or clean, but she makes everyone feel emotionally supported and valued, doesn’t she …

“Farida has to go! Absolutely disgusting women and bullying someone with MS!!… Okay, but as a disabled person myself, nothing annoys me more than lazy rhetoric. I don’t know how much pain, fatigue, etc. a person feels…

“Farida calls someone with a disability, especially MS, lazy… I don’t judge Kerry and I have defended Farida before because she has faced unfair criticism, but be honest, you can’t call someone with MS lazy. Are you kidding me?” You think the scooter is there for fun or what…

“Farida doesn’t seem like a very nice person, saying that about someone with MS is horrible, every time some of the housemates talk she takes over every time…

“Not Farida calls Kerry who has MS lazy… Not Farida calls Kerry lazy when she has MS… Farida clearly doesn’t understand what MS is or how it affects the body. So ignorant when talking about Kerry #BBUK…

“Not that Farida is talking about the woman living with MS being lazy in the diary room…Farida complaining about Kerry, a woman with MS, being ‘lazy’ is not a good look…Farida calling Kerry , who suffers from MS, is “lazy”. was actually so out of order…

“How is Kerry lazy, she has MS!” As for Kerry working her mouth, I don’t know how dare Farida get involved in everyone’s business and constantly yell at people! #bbuk… Farida knows Kerry has MS???..

Anger: She later targeted Kerry for not engaging in the physicality of the tasks, such as tasks in the kitchen, which resulted in a blow-up

“Why is she being shamed for not doing physical tasks? …Dearest Farida, Kerry has MS.”

However, other users reacted with the words: “What?!” You all come into big brother’s house as equals, so you all have to help. I understand Kerry’s MS, but Farida has barely talked about Kerry’s disabilities…

“Regardless of the person, I would expect them to help as much as possible…Kerry is capable of doing more than equality means we shouldn’t infantilise people with MS, no one is asking her to do more than that, whatever their disability allows.” allowed…

“But she mostly complains, gets angry and starts dramas. Farida is just being honest and Kerry is hiding her true feelings.”

Viewers watched in delight on Thursday as Farida and Kerry struggled through another awkward interaction.

During the exchange, Muslim makeup artist Farida discussed her work online, where she offers beauty tips to thousands of followers. Only for Kerry to interrupt, unimpressed, and ask, “To watch you?”

A defiant Farida replied: “Yes!” My videos are all going viral. “I’ve got 300, 400,000 views on one video alone.” Kerry feigned interest before throwing her head back in frustration and letting out a sigh.

After the eviction, the makeup artist jumped up and down, threw her arms in the air and shouted, “Yes!”

She hugged her housemates before quickly walking out to meet presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best.

An excited Farida said: “I had the most amazing time. “Thank you to everyone who made the effort and came tonight.”

Speaking to hosts AJ and Will immediately after her eviction, Farida said, “I’m great!” How many of you would like a week in this house? Well, I was there. It’s priceless!

“Kerry really, really wanted to be in there. She was in tears and desperately wanted to stay in there. “I was very happy to be outside.”

When she learned that Hallie, Jenkin, Paul, Tom, Henry, Kerry and Olivia had all been nominated for her eviction for various reasons based on their opinions and behavior in the house, she realized that their views didn’t matter to her played.

She insisted she was not “fake” as some claimed. She said, “That’s fine, they’ve known me for five or six days.” Her opinion doesn’t matter. I am very, very true to myself.

“I would never be wrong.” People who know me would say that.”

The TikTok star added that she “couldn’t understand” her housemate Kerry as she insisted her eviction candidate wasn’t the type of person she would socialize with outside the house.

She said: “I couldn’t understand Kerry’s tantrums.” She’s a 40-year-old grown woman and I tried to understand it today.

Angry: Farida offered her co-star-turned-nemesis Kerry one final goodbye during the show before her eviction on Friday night

“She told me she’s a drama queen and probably not the type of person I would date in life because I have a life! ‘Another week in the house would be too much for me!’

And Farida didn’t leave the house without giving her co-star-turned-nemesis one last goodbye before her eviction.

Farida insisted the reason for her exit was because she was the eldest in the house – and claimed the younger housemates had planned to get her out because of her age.

One of Big Brother’s main rules is that housemates are not allowed to talk about who they are planning or have nominated for eviction, so there is no way the group could “conspire” against them.

Kerry seemed offended by Farida’s comments and replied saying her closest friends in the house were Hallie, 18, and Olivia, 23.

Farida hit back, insisting she was just “trying” to be friends with the young cast, much like a mother trying to be friends with her son or daughter.

Farida said Kerry wanted to develop a “social bond” with Olivia and was acting like her “mother,” which led to Kerry storming out of the conversation.

Their frosty exchange comes after the nomination results were announced and Farida accused the younger housemates of ganging up to vote out the older cast.

She told Kerry, 40: “All the younger ones stuck together and the older ones got them out.”

Why did you apply to be a housemate on Big Brother? “I love the program. For me it is the ultimate reality TV show of all time. I suffer from multiple sclerosis and that’s why I’ve never applied because I always saw these huge stairs crashing into the house. It just felt a bit out of reach because I was in a wheelchair for the first three years of my illness. When I saw it come back and was looking for real people from all walks of life, I thought: This is my year.”
