If Assassin’s Creed Codename Red is still very mysterious at the time of writing, here is a first official image, therefore accidentally published on the professional social network LinkedIn. It is indeed TheRAFITI69 on the social networka content creator specializing in the Ubisoft franchise who made this discovery: Pierre Boudreau, one of the game’s authors, has released an official image of the upcoming game’s protagonist.
So it’s official! If the insider gaming website has evolved recently the presence of two playable protagonists with a samurai and a shinobi (or rather a kunoichi, since it is a female ninja and not a man), this first image therefore confirms the presence of this ninja with perhaps the option for players to choose either one or the other at the start of their adventure to choose, or better yet, play with both. Despite the serious lack of information, we can imagine that each of them will have their own peculiarities, with one being more action-oriented and the other being more stealth-oriented.
Obviously, Ubisoft hasn’t confirmed anything at the moment, so we still have to be careful, but it would be very surprising to see that our ninja woman won’t end up being present throughout the game.
