Billi Mucklow and her husband Andy Carroll revealed on their Instagram Stories on Sunday that a thief stole their phone from their daughter Marvel.
The former TOWIE star, 35, revealed she felt “sick in the stomach” after the incident and alleged security at Westfield Stratford City in London was “not interested”.
Her footballer husband, 34, claimed the two-year-old “started screaming” after the device was snatched from her hands in her stroller.
Billi wrote: “Today I was at Westfield Stratford. Marvel sat in her ram watching my phone, some dirty scumbag grabbed my phone, she screamed and cried, “Lady took my phone.”
“I looked up and saw someone running away, she was screaming, they obviously took it from her and she wouldn’t let go, and then they must have snatched it out of her hands.

“How dare anyone touch my baby, I’ve never had such a bad stomach that someone got close to them and couldn’t look at my phone.
“Security wasn’t interested, no one was interested in helping me. So be careful everyone when you’re in there, I’m definitely not going to rush back! @westfieldstratfordcity.’
The Reading forward added: “Some absolute scumbag women just snatched @BilliMucklow’s phone from our baby’s hand at Westfield Stratford.
“Marvel sat in her stroller and started screaming as the women charged and ran away!!!”
A Metropolitan Police spokesman told Web: “We have received a report of a theft which allegedly took place in Westfield Stratford City on Sunday afternoon March 12th. There have been no arrests and investigations are ongoing.’
Westfield Stratford City did not immediately respond to comment.
Billi and Andy tied the knot in a lavish Hampshire ceremony last summer.
The celebrity couple exchanged vows at the altar in a beautiful ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel, which preceded a Carrollchella festival celebration the following day.

But despite the lavish big day, the nuptials were cast in doubt after photos surfaced of the sportsman passed out in bed with a woman during his bachelorette party in Dubai.
After posting the picture, the woman insisted that nothing had happened between the couple, calling Andy “a gentleman.”
But Billi was reportedly “not in the mood” to get married when it was revealed she was in “crisis talks” ahead of the wedding.
The reality star fled the couple’s home after the antics and took refuge at her parents’ home, where she removed her £200,000 engagement ring in the run-up to the big day.
But seemingly made amends, the couple always seemed to be the newlyweds blushing as they shared a slew of snaps from their wedding celebrations on social media.
