Blac Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni has been ordered to stay away from her daughter’s court battle with the Kardashians after she made “veiled physical threats” against the family during an online attack yesterday.
Toni – real name Shalana Hunter – made a slew of disparaging remarks about the Kardashian family on Instagram Live, which she posted Monday after sitting in a Los Angeles courtroom just feet from the billionaire family, her attorney claimed today in court.
Michael Rhodes, who is representing the Kardashians in the lawsuit sparked by Chyna’s $108 million lawsuit against them, has demanded that their mother be banned from the courtroom.
Hunter sat right behind Kim and Khloe Kardashian, her sister Kylie Jenner and her mother Kris Jenner, Rhodes told the court yesterday, and she later posted a “rage” online in which she made “veiled physical threats against my clients.”

“She can’t be in this courtroom if she wants to behave like that.
“Miss Jenner was physically concerned for her safety this morning.
“A court case like this is tough – it’s a lot harder when I have concerns for the safety of my clients.”
In response, Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, told the court, “I have told my client that if she cannot control her mother when she says something inappropriate, she must not enter the courtroom.”

Chyna’s mother did not appear in court on Tuesday.
In the video, Toni appears to be rolling what looks like a joint as she said the family “looked dead” and compared Kris Jenner to a character from the horror film Saw.
“Kris was wearing a freakin’ crisp brown suit with a button,” Toni said as she began tearing apart the family’s appearance, adding that she thought they looked “homeless.”
“They look scary in real life,” she said in another part of the video, saying they have “fatties” on their faces.
She then mocked Khloe for nodding in court, saying to the camera, “Did you have some Xanax before you got there sh*t?”
Toni appears to be making threats in the video as she discusses who gets to sit next to her in court, saying: “Get the fuck up and back.”

“You’re nobody, you’re the snitch in the building, you’re so backwards,” she adds, while calling Kris “decrepit.”
On Monday, as the judge ushered 103 would-be jurors into the courtroom at yesterday’s jury selection, the Kardashians found themselves in the row directly in front of Chyna’s mother.
That’s why Rhodes today requested that the celebrity family be allowed a front row seat for safety reasons. Judge Gregory Alarcon granted his motion.
The second day of the Kardashian family trial began today and all four Kardashians reappeared in court.
Family matriarch Kris Jenner – clad in a gray pantsuit – led daughters Kim and Khloe and their younger sister into LA Supreme Court again, while burly, black-clad bodyguards hovered nearby.
The girls all had perfect makeup, hair and manicured long nails, Kim in a gray suit and black sneakers, Khloe wore a high-necked black jumper and black pants and Kylie wore a cream pants suit

All four are named in the case as defendants, who are accused by 33-year-old Chyna – ex-fiancée of Kim’s brother Rob and mother of his five-year-old daughter Dream – of intentionally planning to have her hit TV show Rob and Chyna painted.
Looking just as fashionably chic in a tight black dress and her blonde hair in short curls, Chyna sat across the courtroom as the Kardashians took their places behind their defense team in front of Judge Alarcon.
Chyna – real name Angela White – is seeking $108 million in damages, accusing the Kardashians of defamation and “willful breach of contract” that led to Rob and Chyna’s terminations.
Today, 16 jurors were selected – 12 plus four alternates – and the judge admonished them that “the wealth or poverty” of the parties involved was “not relevant”.
The opening speech was due to begin later today and the process is expected to take up to seven days.
