Blue Jays: Sold over 75,000 hot dogs in one night

The fans at the Toronto Blue Jays game on Tuesday night were clearly hungry.

The Major League Baseball club announced that fans bought 75,173 hot dogs, setting a record at Rogers Center. It should be noted that during the duel against the San Diego Padres, the “hot dogs” cost $1.

42,680 fans were in attendance to witness a 9-1 loss to Canada’s only major league team. That’s 1.7 hot dogs per person.

The old record at Rogers Center was 61,111 hot dogs. It was founded last May.
