When police arrived, Hale had shot dead three students and three teachers.

The transgender shooter – who was born female but often referred to as “Aiden” and used “him” pronouns – harbored a “grudge” for having to attend school herself as a child.

She shot principal Katherine Koonce in the hallway in an assassination style, in addition to shooting church administrator Mike Hill and substitute teacher Cynthia Peak.

Hale also murdered three nine-year-old students; Hallie Scraggs, William Kinney and Evelyn Dieckhaus.

It’s unclear if she targeted those kids or her class.

Before driving to school, she wrote to a friend on Instagram, telling them: “I plan to die today. THAT’S NO JOKE!!!

“You’ll probably hear about me on the news after I die.

“This is my last goodbye. I love you. ‘We’ll meet again in another life.’

“Audrey (Aiden)”.
