(ANSA) – SAN PAOLO, 01 NOV. – Outgoing right-wing President Jair Bolsonaro breaks the silence he locked himself in after the electoral defeat but does not concede victory to his opponent, former trade unionist Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, in Sunday’s vote for a third term at the helm of Brazil consecrated. “I will continue to abide by the constitution,” said Bolsonaro simply. However, Chief of Staff Ciro Nogueira later announced that the outgoing President had approved the move with President-elect Lula. (HAND).
