Will there be parking?

Yes. The following values ​​are applied:

Biennale Park Prices

  • Payment methods: QR code, Sem Parar and at the counters.
  • Parking garages are located in the parking lot near the entrance to Pavilhão das Artes and in the central corridor at the end of Pavilhão Azul.

ACCESS TO TRANSPORTATION (BUSES, CARS AND APPS) GROUPS AND VISITORS:

How many passwords will be available for each event?

KEYWORD, LITERARY COFFEE AND PAGES ON THE SCREEN (IN PLURAL STATION)

Passwords for panels and autographs will be distributed 1 hour before the start of the panel in which the author will participate. They must be picked up at the Password Center near the Central Garden.

Autographs will take place after the end of each session, with the exception of the following authors:

  • Pedro Rhuas | Clara Alves | Vinicius Grossos.
  • Password withdrawal: September 9th, starting at 11:30 a.m.
  • Autograph session: 12:30 p.m.

The authors of the official program, who will hold an autograph session following their respective panels, will sign for 100 people, excluding a few names, according to the following list:

Note: The number of passwords for autographs at the exhibitors’ stands is the responsibility of the publishers and must be checked on their communication channels.

Accessibility at the Biennale 2023

All panels of the official program will be translated simultaneously. You must pick up a headset for the event (with a valid photo ID) at the room entrance. This must be returned when leaving the place.

All panels in the official program will be simultaneously translated into LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language).

Pets are not accepted except for visually impaired people who use a guide dog and for people with mental, intellectual or sensory disabilities who require the companionship of an emotional support dog.

In both cases the animals must have:

ID card and tag issued by the guide dog training center or independent trainer;

Updated vaccination certificate with proof of multiple vaccinations and rabies vaccinations, signed by a veterinarian registered with the professional regulatory authority. Own animal protection equipment, consisting of a collar, leash and harness with a handle, especially for emotional support dogs.

A statement issued by a healthcare professional certifying that a person with a mental, intellectual, or sensory disability must be accompanied by an emotional support dog.

Can you bring food?

Yes, but it is important to remember that there will be snack bars and restaurants serving a variety of food offerings throughout the event for the comfort and convenience of visitors.

SALES RESTRICTIONS ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:

From Monday to Friday: The sale of alcoholic beverages is only permitted after 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays: Open throughout the event period.

Can you go in costume?

Yes, as long as you follow the Biennale Cosplay rules:

COSPLAY RULES:

Fake weapons (imitation bladed or firearms, fantasy or realistic weapons, Nerf or airsoft guns, and baseball bats) are not permitted to participate in the event.

Entry with products that could cause damage to third parties is not permitted.

Pieces deemed unsuitable by the team will not be processed or stored by the organization. The material is automatically discarded.
