Brad Pitt is having a big proud dad moment.
The two-time Academy Award winner couldn’t hide his pride at daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt, who fled the nest and went to college.
On Sunday, Pitt’s ex-wife Angelina Jolie announced that the couple’s 17-year-old daughter has enrolled at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia.

Founded in 1881, Spelman is a “historically black college and a world leader in the education of women of African descent,” according to the private school’s website.
While promoting his new film, Bullet Train, on Monday in Los Angeles, Pitt opened up about how proud he is of Zahara’s path to higher education.
“I’m so proud of her,” Pitt told Vanity Fair. “She’s so smart. She’ll thrive even more in college. It is an exciting and beautiful time to find your own way and pursue your interests. I am so proud.”
“Where’s the time, right? You’re growing up too fast. It brings tears to your eyes,” he added.

Pitt is also the father of Maddox, 20, Pax, 18, Shiloh, 16, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 14, whom he shares with Jolie.
The couple’s eldest child, son Maddox, enrolled at Yonsei University in South Korea in August 2019, three years after his famous parents quit.
While they were declared legally single nearly three years later, the former couple’s legal battle is still ongoing.

Pitt was awarded joint custody of their minor children in May 2021.
However, Judge Judge John Ouderkirk was later disqualified from the case for failing to adequately disclose business ties to Pitt’s attorneys, leaving the exes still fighting for custody.
