The Brazilian player from PSG has already been threatened with another fine of one million dollars (5 million reals) for various “environmental violations” observed in this luxurious residence in the tourist town of Mangaratiba, 120 km from Rio, where an artificial lake and a beach were built.

Authorities lined up around the property and ordered all activities to cease, but according to local media, Neymar still threw a party there and swam in the lake.
Mangaratiba Municipality said environmental inspectors showed up there on Saturday and found “activities in violation of the eviction order.”
Authorities had previously uncovered “various environmental offences”, alarmed by complaints posted on social media, including the diversion of a watercourse and the unauthorized withdrawal of water from a river.
They had also noted unauthorized excavation and movement of earth, stone and rock, and use of beach sand without permits.

Neymar’s press secretary in Brazil didn’t respond to AFP’s inquiries.
Neymar, 31, continues to recover from his ankle surgery in March and has not played since February.
According to Brazilian media, the property Neymar bought in 2016 includes a 10,000 square meter plot, a helipad, a spa and a gym.
