48 hours after the attack on the power buildings of Brazil, key figures suspected of not having hindered or aided the advance of Jair Bolsonaro’s supporters before the situation escalated are being arrested. The Judge of the Supreme Court of Brazil, Alexandre de Moraeordered the arrest of the former justice minister Anderson Torreswho had taken over as head of the Ministry of Public Security of the Federal District of Brasilia since January 2, and former commander of the military police of the district, Fabio Augusto Vieira, removed from office in the hectic hours following the attack.
