Disney is known for its enchanting productions that stimulate the imagination. Several key characters were created over several decades, including the Princesses, who are responsible for representing one of the company’s most successful franchises.
Because of the success, the Disney Princess franchise was formed, which focuses not only on film productions and animated series, but also on items such as toys, clothes, cosmetics and other children’s products.
The idea came about after Andy Mooney, a former company executive, realized there was a high demand for costumes inspired by the popular princesses. Although Roy Edward, Walt Disney’s nephew, didn’t approve of the idea, the project was born, notable for mixing the company’s most beloved characters in one place.
The Walt Disney Company was cofounded by Walter Elias Disney, popularly known as Walt Disney. She became famous for pioneering animation, producing acclaimed works like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and creating standout characters like Mickey and Donald Duck.
Besides the great success in the media, Walt Disney also has theme parks in the US and other countries. Literally, Walt turned dreams into reality and became part of many people’s lives.
