If you’re one of those people who’s been looking forward to seeing the Bridgerton family again, you’ll really have to wait a little longer. In a recent interview with Hello, Adjoa Andoh shared some details about the sequel and notably announced it the arrival of the third season of the series… for 2024 ! Speaking about the sequel, which focuses on the characters played by Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan, the interpreter of Lady Danbury explained that the episodes “would be very rewarding because we had to hold our breath for a long time. Given what happened this year (the writers and actors’ strikes that brought many productions to a halt, editor’s note) and the fact that the season will be in theaters next year, the anticipation is only growing. “I think people will be very pleased,” she further confessed of the sequel, adding that there would be “more storylines, more romance, more fabulous outfits.”

Bridgerton: Season 3 is already over
A wait that is therefore becoming unbearable for fans of the series, which has already been renewed for a fourth season. However, producer Shonda Rhimes assured in April 2023 that the editing of the third season had been completed and that its arrival on Netflix was therefore not just a matter of time.
