A doctor from Taunton in the UK has been charged with sexual assault for repeatedly offering cups of coffee with his semen to a young underage victim over a period of a year.
“[La victime] had every reason to be suspicious because there was a substance in his coffee that had no reason to be there. […] By adding semen to the coffee, he was attempting to engage her in some form of sexual activity — by ingesting his semen,” Chief Prosecutor Richard Posner said Monday at the opening of Dr. Nicholas John Chapman. , according to The Daily. The 55-year-old doctor was present at Gloucester Crown Court to stand trial for attempting to force a woman aged 16 or over to engage in sexual activity without her consent, the British newspaper reported.
The victim, whose identity is being protected by the court, reportedly noticed a sticky liquid in his coffee towards the end of 2020 after taking a sip and spitting it out due to a salty taste.
“She dumped the rest down the sink and saw a thick, slimy substance go down the sink. All she knew was that it was something that shouldn’t have been there. She didn’t think for a moment that it could have been semen,” Me continued Posner.
The next six or seven times over the course of a year, she poured the contents of the coffee straight down the sink and still found the sticky liquid there. Only after a while would she have understood what could be in her coffee when she noticed a small bottle.
She would then have waited for the next coffee to take photos, freeze the sample and turn herself in to the police with her findings.
For his part, the doctor would have denied all allegations and rather pointed out that he masturbated in the toilet and perhaps did not “wash his hands”, according to the crown.
“He didn’t make coffee on September 13 and denies ever putting anything in his coffee and doesn’t know who did it. “He didn’t tamper with his coffee – and can only assume someone other than Streich did it,” said the defense, Me Virginia Cornwall, specifying that the 50-year-old had no sexual interest in the victim.
