Alexander has continued to post about Spears after his own marriage, republishing an article alleging abuse of Spears and writing, “How long does it take for someone to come out of abuse?

‘It is not worth. The money. The status. Happy people.’

In August 2022, Alexander was convicted of trespassing and battery after crashing her wedding to Asghari and punching a security guard. Alexander did not contest the charges in Ventura County, California.

Alexander filmed himself armed with a knife and dressed in white prison jumpsuits, crashing the pop star’s fairytale wedding.

He was initially charged with stalking, refusing to leave private property, vandalism and battery.

Cops said he gained access to the private ceremony – whose star-studded guest list included Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, Madonna and Drew Barrymore – by scaling a fence into the exclusive gated community where Spears’ home is located.

He then climbed down a rocky slope to get onto the singer’s 20-acre property.

As he walked toward Spears’ 12,464-square-foot Italian-style mansion while recording it with his cellphone camera, he yelled, “I’m Jason Alexander. The first husband. I’m here to crash the wedding.’

Then he entered the wedding tent, where the wedding was soon to take place, and exclaimed: “She is my first wife, she is my only wife.”

After struggling with Britney’s security guards, he was wrestled to the ground and later arrested – an altercation which one guest was able to capture on his own cell phone camera.

Following the attack, Spears was granted a restraining order against her former boyfriend after she and Asghari told police Alexander was carrying a knife when he was arrested.

In September 2022, Alexander exclusively told that he crashed the wedding as he didn’t think Britney Asghari was going to get married and had to see it with his own eyes.

“I couldn’t let her get married after the talks we’ve had for the last two years,” he said. “I wasn’t there to do any harm. I was just there to talk to Britney and make sure she was okay, and that’s what she wanted.

He said when they spoke just days before the wedding, she had made no mention of marrying Asghari and he feared she would be forced to do so, particularly after spending the last 13 years under a guardianship office.

“It’s all just for show. A Hollywood script,’ Jason said of the marriage. “I don’t think she looks happy. It’s not real.’

“I spoke to her the Monday before the wedding and she didn’t mention anything about getting married,” he says. “We’ve talked about the people she hangs out with and who they call her friends. business partners who benefit from it.”

“Most people don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes,” he says.

The conversation lasted around 30 minutes and Jason told that he and Britney had agreed that she would reach him via WhatsApp, but he was concerned when he never heard from her.

When he saw the news of the wedding in the media, he felt compelled to go to her house to find out for himself.

“I wanted to see it for myself,” he said.

Jason insists he had no intention of hurting Britney and was only thinking of her best interest.

He insists that if he had actually seen Britney that day, he would never have been arrested and the “outcome would have been different.”

However, if he had met Britney’s now-husband Sam Asghari, Jason says, “I don’t know what would have happened, but that would have been interesting.”

“No, I don’t think she looks happy. It’s not real,” he says.

“It’s all just for show. A Hollywood screenplay.’

Jason admits his performance at the wedding was a harrowing scene, saying “It might look a bit scary if you don’t know the story.”

When asked if he’d like to see her perform again, he says without skipping a beat, “I want to see her happy.”

It comes as sources close to the singer are now saying “all is well” when it comes to her marriage to Asghari after she has been spotted without her wedding ring a number of times.

Spears sparked wild speculation that there might be trouble in paradise when she was spotted without her sparkler during a recent trip to Hawaii.

But the Gimme More hitmaker quickly shot down the rumors in subsequent Instagram videos and soon started wearing her ring again.

A representative for Sam also dismissed the concerns, saying: “Sam has no marital problems. He just took off his ring because he was doing a movie.”

According to IMDb, his project Grand Death Lotto is currently in production, although it appears to be filming in Atlanta, but he was spotted running errands without his ring late last month.
