Federline was casual for the night, wearing a plaid blue and white shirt over a black tee.
He paired the look with gray pants and wore his dark hair pulled back into a ponytail while sporting a scruffy beard.
Meanwhile, the boys quickly got in the car and Jayden hopped into the passenger seat next to Dad while Preston sat in the back.

The outing comes less than two months after he made a series of revelations in an exclusive interview with and ITV.
Federline told in August that he has frequently apologized to his sons for the repercussions they get when Spears posts racy selfies online.
“I try to explain to them, ‘Look, maybe this is just another way she’s trying to express herself,'” he said. “But that doesn’t change the fact of what it does to them. It’s tough. I can’t imagine how it feels to be a teenager who has to go to high school.

Spears took to Instagram earlier this month with an apology for her sons after Jayden expressed frustration with their social media activity.
Jayden, who spoke exclusively to and ITV, slammed her frequent social media posts, saying: “It’s almost like she has to post something on Instagram to get attention.”
The Grammy winner, who has 42 million followers on the platform, said in a post she later deleted that she was “angry” at the comments and “not ready” to see her sons until she “appreciated” them feel.
In the interview, Federline said that “the guys decided not to see her now” since “it’s been a few months since they’ve seen her.”

He noted that “they made the decision last June not to go to their wedding,” with Sam Asghari.
In the interview, Federline said he thought the longtime conservatory that Spears lived under, under the control of her father Jamie, “saved” her.
“I saw this man who really cared about his family and really cared about his family and wanted everything to be okay,” he said. “When Jamie took over everything was sorted out. He saved her life.’
He added: “This whole thing has been harder to watch, harder to live through, harder to see my boys pull through than anything. It was hard. It’s the biggest challenge I’ve ever had to do in my life.”

Federline said he gave the interview to help Spears understand what her sons were experiencing as she continues to make headlines on multiple fronts.
“If there was a way – anyway – I could possibly say something to just open up [Britney’s] eyes — but I haven’t found that yet,” he said. “I have a feeling if I found that I would try to tell her on the phone.”
In the interview, he spoke about the turbulent time frame during which Spears had a series of public issues and was awarded sole custody of their sons prior to beginning their conservatorship.
“There were so many different things that happened in a short space of time,” he said. “It just all came to a head and I don’t think anyone knew what to do. How can you be prepared?’

He said his sons had “a lot of questions about” Britney’s past and conservatory-related issues.
“I don’t know if I can answer them all, but I was just trying to explain to them that your mother needed help, you know, and people were in the game to try to make that happen, to make it better do,’ he said.
