In an excerpt from her upcoming memoir The Woman in Me, the pop star revealed details of her two-week affair with the Irish actor in 2003.

According to the excerpt obtained by The Times, Britney said she and the actor became romantically involved shortly after her three-year relationship with Justin Timberlake ended. She added that they were started by a “friend of the club promoter”.

The “Circus” singer described the adventure as a “two-week battle.”

“Fight is the only word for it: We were all at each other and fought as passionately as if we were fighting in the street,” wrote Britney Spears, now 41.

In 2003, Britney Spears and Colin Farrell attended the premiere of his film “The Recruit” together, but she realized at the time that she still hadn’t forgotten the NSYNC singer.

“Like before, when I felt too attached to a man, I tried hard to convince myself that it wasn’t a big deal, that we were just having fun, and that in this case I was vulnerable because I wasn’t was. “I’m not over Justin yet,” Britney Spears admitted.

She added: “For a brief moment I thought there might be something there. The disappointments in my love life were just part of the isolation I found myself in. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time.”

At the film’s premiere, Colin Farrell was asked if he and the “Toxic” singer were dating. “We’re not dating. She is a very nice girl. There is nothing between us, only friendship,” he replied.

Britney Spears’ confidentiality comes days after an excerpt from her memoir revealed she cheated on Justin Timberlake with choreographer Wade Robson.
