Under estate administration rules, Jamie now has equal control over her estate as a third party and attorney, Andrew Wallet.
Wallet draws an annual salary of $426,000 from Britney’s estate.

Judge Brenda Penny, responding to Britney’s November 2020 motion, is refusing to remove Jamie from the agreement.
She doesn’t say why, but she invites her attorney to file paperwork to finish it, which he doesn’t.
JULY 1, 2021 – BESSEMER TRUST RESIGNS AFTER TRANSFERRING RESPONSIBILITY WITH JAMIE
A day after the judge’s ruling, the troubled Bessemer Trust resigned, saying they never knew Britney wanted to quit conservatoire.
In a court filing, the company’s lawyers said, “We have heard them and respect their wishes.”

Larry Rudolph wrote a letter to Jamie and the conservatory to say he was no longer needed as Britney wanted to retire.

Jamie Spears filed court documents stating that he would exit the agreement immediately, hand over all documents and seek no financial benefit.
NOVEMBER 12, 2021 – JUDGE CLOSES BRITNEY’S CONSERVATORY
A Los Angeles judge ordered the end of the conservatory that controlled Britney’s life — and her $60 million fortune — for 13 years.
“The court finds that the care of the person and estate of Britney Jean Spears is no longer required,” Judge Brenda Penny said at a hearing in the LA Superior Court — at which Britney failed to appear.
‘Therefore, the conservatorship is hereby terminated as of today’s date.’
