Brittany Hockley has revealed her boyfriend, Swiss soccer star Ben Siegrist, traveled 50 hours to spend just three days with her in Sydney.
The 36-year-old podcaster was overwhelmed by the romantic gesture and shared a series of photos of the couple on her Instagram on Sunday.
In her caption, Brittany also revealed that the Scottish athlete had suffered an unfortunate experience on the beach shortly after her arrival.
“If he flies 50 hours to be with you for just 72 hours, then within an hour he steps on a stingray,” she said.
“He made a few tough days better,” she added.

Last month, Brittany revealed to Chron Australia that her entire family would be traveling to Scotland for Christmas this year.
“I am so incredibly in love with my partner Ben and he lives in Scotland. So I’ll spend Christmas [and] “It’s New Year’s Eve in Scotland with him,” she said.
“My sister and parents are going over too… I’m just going to have the time of my life guys,” she added.

Brittany and Ben had to take a break after she returned to Sydney from Europe in September due to work commitments.
The couple wasn’t due to see each other until December.
She previously said the September to December break was the longest they had spent apart, with the couple usually sticking to the eight-week rule.
The reality star revealed on her radio show in February that she keeps their romance alive by sending Benjamin “sexy photos.”
