Brooke Shields has admitted her fast-paced 1980s romance Blue Lagoon would never be filmed again due to her graphic nudity and violent animal killings during production.

The actress, who starred in the film when she was 14, was spotted with her former co-star Christopher Atkins, 61, on her Now What? podcast, and discussed how she would have to pin her hair over her chest to “cover her breasts” during production.

The actor, who was 18 at the time of filming, said: “It was hard to put on my clothes after this movie.

“There were scenes where I was stark naked with you, if you remember, going down the slide and stuff like that. And that was a little bit awkward, but it was kind of fun for me because at that point I was just going to do it. But your reaction was [annoyed sounds].’
