Brooke Warne has admitted she is a “mini-me” version of her late legendary cricket father Shane Warne.
The 26-year-old, the eldest daughter of the cricketer and his ex-wife Simone Callahan, said on the Tell Me More podcast that she has adopted her father’s characteristics.
“I think over the years I’ve become a little Shane,” she said.
“The way we look, the way we act, our mannerisms, everything, we are very similar.”
Brooke admitted she always wondered why she wasn’t like her mother, but now she’s “so proud” to be a “mini Shane.”
Brooke Warne has admitted she is a mini-me version of her late father Shane and said she always asked: “Why didn’t I get my mother’s gene?”
“I used to think, ‘Why didn’t I get my mother’s gene?’, and I think more and more, the more I got to know my father and learned more about myself, the more proud I was of myself.” “I’m a Mini Shane,” she added.
This comes after Brooke recently opened up about her struggles following the death of her legendary father in March last year.
She told Stellar Magazine that her family, including siblings Jackson and Summer and mother Simone Callahan, pulled together.
“As a family, we have always stuck together. We have always supported each other. “We’re fine,” she said.

“Of course I miss him and think about him every second – that will never change,” Brooke continued.
“I think we’re just learning to accept life, that this is our life now, and do what’s best for him and make him proud… and be positive and enjoy everything.” “You don’t know what’s going to happen becomes.”
Shane died of a suspected heart attack in March 2022 while vacationing in Thailand.
