Nicola Peltz’s billionaire father has reportedly hired Prince Andrew’s “wild” lawyer amid the family’s legal battle with their wedding planners.
Last month, businessman Nelson Peltz, 80, filed a lawsuit recovering his $159,000 (£132,000) bail over alleged “mistakes” that occurred during his daughter’s lavish wedding to Brooklyn Beckham in April 2022 were.
And now he’s believed to have taken on Marty Singer for $926 an hour (£800) amid claims the lawsuit could do ‘real damage’ to his daughter’s reputation.
According to The Mirror, the lawyer nicknamed “Mad Dog” is famous for having helped Hollywood heavyweights like Charlie Sheen, Bill Cosby and the British prince.
A source told the publication: “Singer is famous for his pit bull tactics and that’s what Nicola is looking for. This ongoing legal battle has the potential to really damage her reputation, and she doesn’t take it lightly, so she’s called in the big guns.

“He’s a lawsuit savage and his reputation precedes him. Hiring him will cost millions, but she and her family think it’s worth it.”
They went on to say that the family hopes Singer can prevent the lawsuit “getting out of hand” and affecting Nicola and her family “very badly.”

Prince Andrew previously faced legal difficulties when he was accused of sexual assault by Virginia Roberts Giuffre.
The prince agreed to a £12million deal while strongly denying Ms Giuffre’s claims that he sexually assaulted her when she was 17.
Meanwhile, all the drama behind Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding has been exposed in a shocking 188-page lawsuit filed in Florida.
The £3million ‘dream wedding’, which united the daughter of a billionaire and the son of a sports icon, appeared flawlessly on the glossy pages of Vogue magazine.
But behind the scenes, Brooklyn’s wedding to heiress Nicola was reportedly so messy that even the bride’s father called it a “s*** show.”
Wedding planners Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba were “devastated” earlier this month when billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz launched a lawsuit seeking his £132,000 bail back.
Mr Peltz claims the couple were fired over alleged “mistakes” just weeks before the three-day wedding extravaganza at the family’s £76million mansion in Palm Beach, Florida last April.

Marty Singer: The lawyer nicknamed “Mad Dog” is famous for having helped Hollywood heavyweights like Charlie Sheen, Bill Cosby and the British prince (Marty Singer pictured).
But last week Ms Braghin and Ms Grijalba hit back, calling Mr Peltz a “billionaire bully” and filing a counterclaim in a Miami court for breach of contract and “interference” in a deal.
They are also suing bride Nicola, her mother Claudia and wedding designer Rishi Patel for at least £41,000 in damages plus costs that could run into hundreds of thousands of pounds.
The women’s company Plan Design Events was discontinued in February 2022, just six weeks before the lavish wedding.
More than 500 guests attended, including TV chef Gordon Ramsay, Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria, fellow Victoria Spice Girls Mel B and Mel C and David Beckham’s former Manchester United team-mate Phil Neville.
The planners agreed to a fee of £264,000, with Mr Peltz making a deposit of half that amount.
They succeeded Preston Bailey – an industry icon who previously orchestrated Catherine Zeta-Jones’ marriage to Michael Douglas. He said he left after a year of work by mutual consent because his schedule was “overburdened”.

But the planners who replaced him claimed things had been so chaotic — with multiple guest lists and a bride who was reportedly “too busy” to talk on the phone — that things quickly went downhill.
The court documents contain hundreds of WhatsApp chat messages, texts and emails – summarized below – showing guest lists were incomplete, travel arrangements were not made and even the flowers and cake had yet to be sorted out. Hair and make-up artists, photographers and videographers have also not been confirmed.
And when the planners came up with an idea for a wedding band, Nicole branded it “cheesy” and only wanted the lead singer.
Ms Braghin and Ms Grijalba say they worked 17 hour days to try to meet the demands of their customers.
And while there had already been reports of a falling out between Nicola and her future mother-in-law over the bride choosing to wear a Valentino couture dress over a dress from Victoria’s label (a feud Nicola later denied), it was clear , the lawsuit states that the Peltz’s didn’t want their new in-laws to find out about the last-minute mishaps.
“Both Claudia and Nicola had insisted that Victoria Beckham should not be aware of any internal errors in the ongoing planning of her son’s wedding, including any guest list errors,” the court filings read.
