Bruce Willis wife asked the paparazzi for a seat after

Bruce Willis’ wife asked the paparazzi for a “seat” after the first photos of the actor, who is suffering from dementia.

A few weeks later, the Hollywood actor was spotted in public and his wife Emma Hemig was reacting to the treatment he was getting from the press.

A day later, Emma Heming took to her social networks to reflect on what had happened. In a short video, he said that when a person with dementia “goes out into the world,” even if it’s just for a cup of coffee, it’s a “difficult and distressing experience for any caregiver.”

In his case, that concern was compounded by photographers and videographers trying to get Bruce Willis’s attention. As the actor’s wife recounted what happened on that outing, her voice broke.

Once she regained her composure, the model made a request to the paparazzi:

“Just keep your seat. I know this is your job, but just keep your space. Please don’t yell at my husband, don’t ask how he’s doing or whatever… Just don’t do it. Give him space, allow our family or whoever is with him that day to get him safely from point A to point B.”

Similarly, the mother of Bruce Willis’ youngest daughters added that this was done “in the spirit of raising awareness of dementia,” especially as much needs to be done to educate those affected about the treatment they should be afforded.

In the comments, netizens expressed their admiration for Emma for the work she does as the actor’s caregiver and main contact channel. Also some left care recommendations.

When the actor’s family announced his new diagnosis, they expressed a wish that the focus would be on raising awareness of the disease.

In this sense, Emma Heming is gradually becoming the spokesperson for the topic.

Just days ago, at the end of February, she shared on her Instagram account that she saw a specialist who “helped me expand my dementia care toolbox.”
