In the snaps, the 45-year-old model and her 68-year-old husband lovingly kissed while making the most of what appeared to be a tropical vacation.
The fashion personality, who opened up about the “guilt” she felt dealing with her husband's health issues, also penned a short message that read: “16 years with this special man.” “My love and adoration it only grows for him.”

Emma spoke about her husband's health problems in an interview with Today, explaining that her entire family's life has been affected by his illness.
“It's hard for the person diagnosed, it's hard for the family too.” And it's no different for Bruce, me or our girls. When they say it's a family disease, it really is,” she said.
The model further explained that the daughters she shared with the actor learned to become more empathetic while caring for their father.
“It teaches them so much about caring and loving, and that's really a beautiful thing in the midst of sadness,” she said.
