Married At First Sight’s Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson reveal how much weight they’ve lost ahead of their wedding anniversary – as they attend an event in Melbourne
“Married At First Sight’s” Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson were wedding shredding as they prepared to really walk down the aisle in five months.
Speaking to Chron Australia on Monday, the couple, both 33, revealed they have lost a total of 15kg and are both on track to reach their goal.
“My weight loss journey is going well,” Bryce said.

Bryce said he’s thrilled he’s almost reached his 10-pound goal by replacing meals with shakes for breakfast and lunch.
“I lost about five pounds, so about eight and a half pounds less, which was good,” he added.
Liss admitted she was happy with her results too.
“My weight loss journey is going amazing, I couldn’t be happier. My goal was to lose eight kilos and I’m at seven kilos so I still have a kilo to go,” she gushed.

“I did the same thing, had breakfast and lunch once. I never ate breakfast before, so now I’m eating even more calories than before.”
Bryce and Melissa were spotted stepping out to meet fans on Saturday as part of their duties as ambassadors for Celebrity Slim.
Liss looked casually chic in a white sweater which she paired with jeans and trainers.
“My weight loss journey is going well now that I’ve adjusted to it,” Bryce said
Bryce wore a white t-shirt, which he paired with black pants and a denim jacket.
The couple, who found love at the Channel Nine experiment last year, have set a wedding date for summer 2023 due to the pandemic.
The couple welcomed twins Levi and Tate in October 2021.
