Among the novelties is that visitors can venture into a “crystal maze” composed of an almost infinite number of mirrors.
“Following the success of our magical aviary at the Galeries de la Capitale over the past year, we are pleased to announce an agreement with the mall that will secure BFLY’s presence in Quebec for at least three years,” said Elie Couture, President of BFLY , via press release.

The short-lived concept of domes installed outside in summer and inside in winter has welcomed more than 100,000 people in one year, adds Mr. Couture.
In addition to having fun, visitors can learn about the life cycle of the butterfly. The tour connects seven domes, four of which serve as butterfly aviaries and three as reception areas, the screening of a short animated film, the BFLY shop and a refreshing food offering.
“This year two giant tents were added to house a crystal maze inspired by one of the most popular adventures at the BFLY fun center in Quartier Dix30.
Founded in 2017 in the Dix30 district of Brossard, the BFLY amusement center has three locations: Quebec and Laval.
BFLY plans to enter new markets in the next year. The company is targeting Gatineau and west Montreal as it seeks pan-Canadian expansion.
