Despite these internal struggles, the Bahian native of Salvador recognizes all his privileges: “Apart from these personal problems, I have had a very good life and I am aware that I cannot and cannot complain about anything.”
He has been the son of separated parents from a family with three brothers since he was ten years old and completed his studies in nutritional sciences. As he approaches 30, he has to change his life. Starting with the search for a new place to live. A few months ago he received news that his mother was putting the apartment where he lives with his family up for sale: βThere is no room for me and my brother in the property she wants to buy.β
Leaving the property you have called home all your life is not just a change of address, but a symbolic transition into a new phase of your journey. Faced with the uncertainty of the unknown, he knows that this turning point is not only physical, but also another bold step toward his emotional and financial independence.
Focus on the award and evaluation
And he sees BBB as a great opportunity to earn money and change his life: βI always wanted to take part in the prize. I want to win, I donβt want to get into the program to become another blogger,β he warned.
As a typical Bahian, he is always in style when it comes to partying: βI like reviews, laughing and I love dancing.β Single for almost two years, he spent a large part of his life in a committed relationship: he had two relationships each lasted six and a half years: βI was always a good friend, I always treated people well, I was a gentleman.β β
Caio claims to be honest and truthful and shows his emotions on his face. “I'm not convinced. But I like to be praised,” he admits. Fighting, hardworking and disciplined, he explains that his inner righteousness and perseverance will be the guides that will guide him on this new journey: “I don't like to hear insults.” So I'll wait for the attack first, when the attack comes: I'll try.”
He knows that his weak point in prison will be hunger: βI am very stressed.β But he is not afraid of being rejected, he warns: βIf you get into a program like this, you have to be ready for it.β
