Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III will be available in just over a month. Activision is preparing the ground, especially in the multiplayer area. A first trailer is released. She confirms several pieces of information.
The title will feature remastered versions of all maps from 2009’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, i.e. Afghan, Derail, Estate, Favela, Karachi, Highrise, Invasion, Quarry, Rundown, Rust, Scrapyard, Skid Row, Sub Base, Terminal, underpass and wasteland. Something new is also planned, but in a second phase after the launch. In addition to these maps, the soundtrack as well as skins and weapons will also be included.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and the multiplayer beta
In parallel with the release of this trailer, Activision is revealing the maps that will be playable during the open beta. The list consists of the maps Favela, Skid Row, Estate, Rust and Highrise (only available in week 2). Traditionally, PlayStation players get access to the beta first. Here is the planned schedule.
- October 6-7: Early Access Beta for PlayStation players who pre-ordered the title
- October 8th – 10th: Open Beta for PlayStation players,
- October 12-13: Early access on Xbox and PC for those who pre-ordered the title + PlayStation open beta,
- October 14th – 16th: Open Beta on all platforms.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III launches November 10th on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PS5.
