Calvin Harris celebrated his 40th birthday on Wednesday by sharing a shirtless selfie on social media.
The DJ, who is currently in a mysterious sun-drenched location, has been hit with a series of comments as fans claimed he would “age like fine wine”.
He leaned back, beamed a smile at the camera, marked his location with “40s” and captioned the update, “Cheers everyone!”
One follower wrote: “Aging like fine wine! Happy birthday,” and another added: “Happy birthday Sir Harris! Aging like fine wine.'
A third shared: “I can’t believe you’re 40. Don't even look close to it. 'Happy birthday to you, the best.'

Someone else commented: “Happy birthday! Aged like a damn woman.”
Calvin seemed worlds different than when he first started in the industry.
The “Ready For The Weekend” hitmaker, the highest-paid DJ in the world, has invested in his personal appearance over the years.
When he released his debut album I Created Disco in 2007, Dumfries-born Calvin – real name Adam Wiles – was a pale and unkempt brunette who favored a worn leather jacket, hooded tops and baggy jeans.
But after a few years, the award-winning producer, who is signed to the music company Three Six Zero, ditched the hair dye, hired a stylist and started training. A lot.
Living in LA seems to have helped: “The food here is fantastic.” “You can eat healthy, there are a lot more healthy options than in the UK – that's a fact,” he told The Sun when he went there in 2012 pulled.
His daily routine now includes eggs for breakfast (“protein omelet with smoked salmon and spinach for protein, fiber and omega-3”) and a trip to the gym before heading to the studio.
Calvin has also learned to love his size. In the past, the high-profile chart-topper has admitted that he was bullied at school for being different: “It was hard being the tallest in the class.”

He continued, “Especially when you're a teenager.” You want to keep your head down. I did it anyway. When you're a spotty, awkward teenager, you don't want people looking at you. It's a self-conscious thing.
“Everyone looks at you because you're particularly lanky.” “It's only been in the last five years that I've come to terms with the fact that I'm a big, big asshole,” he said in 2009.
But the biggest difference to Calvin's look is that he embraced his natural blonde hair in 2012. “I just don't have time for this shit anymore in my life, and as I approach 30, I don't think that's the case.” “That's good for a man,” he said at the time.
“It's just part of growing up, coming to terms with myself as a person and not doing that shit anymore.” I prefer my more natural look. If someone doesn't do that, they would prefer something that isn't actually real – so it's like you prefer an imaginary idea of someone who doesn't exist. You either like it or you don't like it.'
Meanwhile, Calvin's wife Vick Hope revealed that she had previously rebuffed his advances.
Vick said Calvin first approached her when he had his first success with his '80s hit “Acceptable” in 2007 – but she turned him down at the time.
Ronan Kemp said on her Capital radio show before her romance with Calvin: “Calvin Harris has one of the best glow-ups I've ever seen. “Oh my God, a photo of Calvin Harris from 10 years ago to today.”
She said, “Why are you asking me this? You know how I feel about that.” I was being superficial. I was 19 and said “no.” I chose either “Scouting For Girls” or “The Wombats.” I do not know which.
'They were there. I thought they would be bigger. But no, it turned out that Calvin Harris was going to turn into a hunk.'
Vick, who recently married DJ Calvin in September, recently hinted that she has adopted the star's last name since they tied the knot.
On her Instagram Stories, Vick shared a snapshot of a Scrabble game spelling out the name “Wiles.” Calvin's real name is Adam Richard Wiles.
The top DJ and the BBC radio presenter married in a lavish Glastonbury-style wedding on Saturday September 9th.
The couple has yet to release any official pictures from their big day, but photos from the morning after the wedding show a glimpse of the luxurious and picturesque venue.
The incredible event featured white teepees dotted around the grounds alongside 80 spacious tents where guests stayed overnight.

Food stalls were set up for the after party, one for pizza, one for burgers and a Nigerian stall as Vick is half Nigerian on her mother's side.
Calvin and Vick celebrated with their celebrity friends, including Big Brother host AJ Odudu and BBC Radio DJs Vernon Kay and Scott Mills, as well as Vick's Radio 1 co-host Jordan North.
Laminated signs posted throughout the property showed guests where to go, and one explained that cell phones were strictly prohibited to ensure the couple's privacy.
Nile Rodgers and Chic, who had flown in from the US, performed at the raucous reception with their gear still off.
