Actress Camila Pitanga, 45, opened her heart and spoke about sexuality as she recalled the relationships she lived. The famous said that she does not consider herself bisexual, although she had a romance with Beatriz Coelho for two years. The statements were made during her participation as a guest on the Quem Pode, Pod podcast hosted by Giovanna Ewbank and Fernanda Paes Leme this Tuesday (6).

Antônio Pitanga’s daughter stated that she had no defined sexual orientation: “If you were to ask me for a name, a ‘little box’, I would not describe myself as bisexual. I’m on the move, I’m alive.” But politically I understand the importance of saying my libido is open, I love to enjoy it and I won’t give up my freedom because people find it strange,” she said.

The artist also spoke about the moment when her relationship with Beatriz was revealed after more than a year together: “We still live in a country that struggles to understand that people can be free and love how they want. “I’ve always been a committed heterosexual. I didn’t see that possibility, it wasn’t on my radar. Not as a problem, but as a desire. Libido is something in the making, it’s not something you’re born, formatted with and become. ” that’s it. You can develop on the side you want,” she said.

The actress also described what her relationship with another woman represented for her: “I think it was an attempt to expand. First of all affection because I have experienced love, not sexuality. This should not be a mission, not a pamphlet.” Of course, with the understanding that this meant for many people. But the dilemma was that I understood a responsibility for it,” he explained.
