Camilo and Evaluna Montaner’s life changed completely with the birth of their little daughter Indigo. The new family member was also a source of inspiration for the Colombian singer, who dedicated his song “Pegao” and his album “From Inside to Outside” to her.
In a recent interview with the Telemundo network’s “Hoy Día” program, the artist stated that the arrival of his baby means the arrival of “songs, projects, laughter, the desire to cry with you, to travel, to celebrate, means [los fans]apparently…”.
“When we saw Indigo arrive we sat down to write what I feel, which are the best songs I’ve written in my life, and that’s how we put the album ‘From Inside To Outside’ together,” added the singer-songwriter of songs like “Tutu” and “For the First Time”.
This new album Kamilo It will be released next September. Meanwhile, the song “Pegao” has already accumulated more than 3 million views on YouTube since its launch on May 19th.
Taking care of Indigo, a shared job
In the upbringing of the little ones indigo, Camilo and Evaluna Montaner have established roles. For example, the composer takes care of changing his baby’s diaper, a task for which he says he is “the best in the world”.
“Better than Evaluna? Much better than her, of course. In the diaper delegation, yes. Only in diapers,” he said. And then he explained the reason why his wife usually does not take care of this duty.
“The diaper delegation is mine. Evaluna is the nutritional delegation open 24/7. So I’m the one with diapers. I think Evaluna has changed four diapers since Indigo was born. I change them all, night in the day,” he revealed.

The tour begins May 26th with three concerts in Mexico and continues to tour Europe, the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Colombia.
