A Canadian transgender high school teacher who went viral for her Z-cup breasts has now insisted they are real.
The controversial Kayla Lemieux also denied she dressed like a man outside of school grounds after she was allegedly spotted by one of her neighbors without her large fortune.
“I don’t wear breast prostheses. These are real,” Lemieux told the New York Post this weekend, explaining that she wasn’t born “transgender,” but “intersex.”
“My condition is classified as gigantomastia, which can also be referred to as macromastia or breast hypertrophy,” Lemieux said, though she noted she’d never received a formal medical diagnosis.
‘It’s rare, there’s no doubt about it. It very rarely affects women, but in my case I think – and my doctor thinks – because I also have XX chromosomes it has something to do with it and hormone sensitivity to estrogen caused it.

Last week a person was spotted with a post-Lemieux strike wearing men’s clothing – sans prosthetics and a wig.
A neighbor identified this person as Lemieux. They were later seen driving in and out of the block of flats and later walking on the sidewalk.
“He rarely wears breast prostheses,” said the neighbor. “He puts on the breasts to teach, occasionally when he goes for a walk or when the police come to visit.”
A law enforcement source also says officers — both in uniform and in plain clothes — are conducting regular social checks at her home.
The neighbor claims that Lemieux’s outfit is usually totally unmissable after she started going public as a woman in May 2022.
“I drove by. You can see the boobs from so far away when you drive,” he said. “He put on the whole outfit and just walked up and down the Guelph Line – no bags, just walking. Everyone slows down because you can’t believe what they’re seeing.’
Lemieux was quick to respond to such allegations: “I can’t tell you who this is because I don’t want to implicate anyone in this matter. I don’t want this person to be cast by the media, but I wasn’t.
‘This is who I am. I look like this. You’ve spoken to people in my building, but what they’re telling you is harsh and untrue. I always go out as I am.”

When asked if she’d ever look different along the way, she replied, “I guess if I take off my wig or take off my makeup.
“But I would still have boobs. You can’t hide them. People commenting online are basically body shaming,” Lemieux explained.
“I identify as a woman. Feminine. She/they,” Lemieux said when asked specifically about her sexuality.
“All my life I have identified as a man. I looked like a man. When I decided at age 39 to embrace that other side of myself, it showed,” she said.
“Intersex people can have a mix of these two different sets of chromosomes. It may be something they don’t even know about. It can show up in other physical features at birth, so it can be more or less obvious depending on the individual,” Lemieux said.
Students were reportedly threatened with suspension if they took photos of Lemieux
Students and parents have expressed concerns about Lemieux’s clothing, saying that it “mocks women and the educational experience”.
So far, the board has backed her decision to dress like this, and in December it emerged that students had been threatened with suspension for taking pictures of her.
Lemieux has made headlines multiple times and began transitioning from male to female in 2021.
In December, David Menzies, a host for Canada’s right-wing news outlet Rebel Media, spoke about Lemieux being removed from a theater while appearing on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show.
Menzies also discussed the incident on a November episode of his show. At the time, he said of Lemieux’s presence at the dance concert: “It’s so disgusting. This is so disturbing. This is so despicable.”
In the same episode, Menzies said he took a camera crew to Lemieux’s apartment. He said he saw Lemieux remove her breasts and wig at home.

In October, Menzies attended a school board meeting for the Halton School District, where Lemieux teaches at Oakville Trafalgar High School, as the character “Mammary Menzies,” who sported extremely large prosthetic breasts.
Menzies brought a petition calling for the school board to be fired because of Lemieux’s continued employment. He was eventually removed from the congregation by a police officer.
Students have shared videos of Lemieux at other schools as she recovers from a foot injury, showing her walking on crutches and sitting next to a student who appears to be vaping.
The district has now warned that students are not allowed to take photos of anyone in the school unless they get their permission – and could be suspended if they do so.
Alongside complaints about the alleged suspension warnings, the parents claimed, “Lemieux is getting a personal escort [and] Shelter’ wherever she goes after the district received a series of bomb threats.
School board spokeswoman Heather Francey said at the time the district could not comment on personnel matters.
She added that students must follow the district policy on Responsible Use of Information and Communication Technology.
“It is standard practice for students to obtain permission from any subject (including other students, staff or others) at any time before taking, using and transmitting any image or video,” she told the Sun.
“This policy helps guide that standard courtesy throughout our organization.”
In November, Lemieux was pictured skydiving with a male porn star named Voodoo, whose real name is Alexandre Boisvert.
Voodoo said that he was only focused on jumping out of the plane and that talking to Lemieux about his personal feelings towards transgender people was counterproductive to their safety.

In his bio, Voodoo describes himself as “THE CONSERVATIVE PORNOSTAR SKYDIVER”
He also stressed that Lemieux didn’t know who he was either.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail at the time, Voodoo said: “I had no idea I was taking the controversial transgender schoolteacher until they showed up in the drop zone.
“I’m not a fan of trans activism or Kayla’s behavior at school, but I’m a professional and I don’t discriminate.”
He added: “I will throw anyone out of a plane. Also, I found it a challenge to take a large 230-pound person skydiving with giant prosthetic beasts. Most instructors wouldn’t even take them strictly on their size alone.’
