Political commentator Luc Lavoie is suffering from cancer and has to go temporarily The gameat LCN.
“I received some very bad news recently. I have cancer,” he wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.
“I now rely on medical science and the specialists I have been working with for several weeks,” he continues. These specialists advise me from the start to take time off from work, and as things progress I have to reconcile myself to taking that advice. Medicine has advanced a lot in recent years, which makes me dream of a complete cure. But before I get there, I still have many months to devote all my energy to this fight.

The former journalist and political adviser, notably to Conservative Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, concludes his message by saying that he loves his work and wants to return to it one day. “I will miss my colleagues very much”
