“I’m not afraid to say yes, I have botox on my face and I feel amazing,” she told co-hosts Tom Tilley and Harley Breen on their Triple M Summer Breakfast Show.

“Because as a mother you get tired and all those things. I just feel fresher and better about myself.”

Harley, who also suffers from hyperhidrosis, added that you can get botox in your armpits to prevent excessive sweating.

Candice agreed: “I used to suffer a lot from sweaty armpits and I often had to work in front of the camera, it was really embarrassing.”

The SAS Australia star went on to admit that she gets the treatment under her armpits “about once a year” and no longer sweats there.

But she said the downfall is that the sweat has to go somewhere else – which for her comes from her feet.

“I’m going to be walking in mules and literally sliding all over the place,” Candice said.

The surf lifesaver, who is married to cricketer David Warner, has always been open about her health and Botox journey and says she doesn’t understand why people aren’t happy to talk about her “work”.

“It’s pretty obvious if someone has had botox or not, and if you feel good about it, then that’s all that matters,” she said.

“I don’t care what people think – whether I had it or not. It makes me feel better about myself. So I’m pro Botox.”

In October, Candice shared her top fitness tips and day on a plate, as well as her surprise guilty pleasure, with Chron Australia.

“Yes, I have sugar, but I try to limit that and eat as healthy as possible,” she said.

She said while she mostly takes a healthy approach when it comes to her diet, she also enjoys a glass or two of bubbly to unwind and has a notorious sweet tooth.

“I love a Chandon,” she added. ‘Like everyone else. I’m a mom and sometimes when the kids go to bed you need happy hour. I’m not afraid to have a drink.”

Candice noted that exercise “always” had a far greater impact on her health and plays a huge role in her life.

She said heavy weights and cardio are the key mix to maintaining her fit and healthy physique.

“I like lifting heavy weights. But then cardio — I love to run,” she explained. “Whether it’s on the treadmill on the beach on the coast, it’s so important to me, not just physically but mentally.”
