A car-mad sheik has built the world’s largest Hummer H1, complete with stairs, a toilet with sink, and a two-story guest area with 360-degree views.
The gigantic vehicle is 6.6 m high, 14 m long, 6 m wide and ready to drive.
Dubbed the Hummer H1 X3, the incredible monster truck was commissioned by Sheikh Hamad Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan – aka Rainbow Sheikh – a billionaire member of the Emirates royal family and equivalent to the Abu-Dhabi mayor.
The monster reaches a height of 6.6 m (21.6 ft), a length of 14 m (46 ft) and a width of 6 m (20 ft) and is fully drivable. A regular sized Humvee will fit underneath
Known as the X3, this Hummer H1 features a staircase, toilet with sink, and guest area with 360-degree views that spans two floors
It will take pride of place in his Sharjah Off Road History Museum in the United Arab Emirates, where the Sheikh holds the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of 4×4 vehicles, with 718 models

How does the massive X3 compare to a regular Hummer?
Hummer H1 X3
21.5 feet tall
46 feet long
20 feet wide
20 km/h maximum speed
Lobster H1
6.4 feet tall
15 feet long
7.2 feet wide
83 km/h top speed
Members of the public had to pick their jaws off the ground as the X3 was driven on public roads to the Sharjah Off Road History Museum.
A small army of workers helped guide and maneuver the huge contraption along the long highways of the United Arab Emirates on its journey to the Sharjah Off Road History Museum, traveling slowly at a top speed of just 20 miles per hour.
It was built on the frame of the US Army’s LARC-LX steel hull amphibious cargo vehicle and runs on four diesel engines – one for each wheel.
The museum boasts that it is “three times larger than a normal Hummer H1 by scale and 27 times by volume”.
The gigantic interior spans two floors, which are still being worked on, but which are said to contain a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Although it will live in the museum as an attraction for tourists and onlookers,
The first floor currently has a staircase, toilet and sink and a wooden floor. The second features a majlis (a private place where house guests and friends are received and entertained) with 360 degree views.
Also on the second floor is the control cabin – which would later be the driver’s seat.
The X3 will be the latest addition to the Sharjah Off Road History Museum, located 30km north of Dubai.
The museum is an attraction based on the flamboyant sheikh’s love of off-road vehicles, with the X3 as the crown jewel.
The X3 dutifully obeys the rules of the road, stopping at the sign while a worker stands to the left of the pickup to point the way for the driver
A team of workers is needed to guide and maneuver the huge vehicle as it travels the roads of the United Arab Emirates
A regular Hummer H3 is a big and powerful four-wheel drive vehicle, but it’s absolutely dwarfed by the Hummer X3
The huge X3 made a journey along the roads of the United Arab Emirates from where it was built to its eventual home in Sharjah, 30km north of Dubai
The sheikh is known for building incredible car designs that wow the populace of the car-crazy emirate on the Persian Gulf
It was a scene that drove to his home at the Sharjah Off Road History Museum in the United Arab Emirates and caused incredible scenes of shock and awe from the public
At 20 feet wide, the mammoth Hummer takes up both lanes of the road and causes significant disruption to other drivers when exiting
A whole lane of the highway was closed to allow the monster vehicle to make its journey to the Sharjah Off Road History Museum
