According to the actress, she watched pornographic material from a young age.

“I could not [ter um orgasmo] for a long time until a few years ago I started trying to masturbate without watching and it was difficult. Even without sex toys,” he said.

She also said that she has never watched porn with her partners, but that it has become her sexual secret, leading to her having “a lot less respect and a bad sexual relationship” with herself.

In another segment, Cara considered whether her use could really be considered an addiction.

“Was I addicted to pornography? I didn’t watch it every day, but I didn’t need to have an orgasm every day either. I just have to see it to get one. So I think it’s an addiction in its own way.”

However, Delevingne said she stopped looking at pornography when she realized how harmful the image of sex it portrayed could be.

“Pornography gives young people a distorted picture of what sex and intimacy should be like. I was completely desensitized to the pornography I was looking at. I definitely wouldn’t have done many things if I hadn’t seen pornography, and I definitely regretted it afterwards.”

The actress also donated blood samples taken before and after climax to researchers studying female orgasm.
