Cardi B makes history by becoming the first woman to have EVERY SONG on an album certified RIAA-certified platinum
Cardi B recently celebrated a milestone when she became the first woman to have an album with every song certified RIAA-certified platinum.
The 29-year-old rapper has already certified her album triple platinum, and now all 13 songs on the hit album are certified at least platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.
Her latest triumph comes after another milestone with the same album, when she became the first woman to have every song on her album certified at least gold, according to Billboard.

Though every song on Cardi’s debut went platinum, Bodak Yellow and I Like It — featuring Bad Bunny and J Balvin — stood out among the album’s 13 tracks.
Both songs were certified diamond, meaning they were certified ten times platinum.
Invasion Of Privacy was also critically acclaimed, receiving a bevy of strong reviews upon its release.
It won the Grammy for Best Rap Album in 2019.

“Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It” both reached coveted number one spots on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart upon their release.
Cardi (born Belcalis Almánzar) was over the moon last week when Twitter account Chart Data tweeted about the award.
“AMAZING…I can’t wait for my second album [heart emoji]. Thanks for all the love and support,” she tweeted to her fans.

Back in April 2021, the hitmaker celebrated the continued success of her album on the occasion of its third anniversary.
“Thank you to everyone who showed IOP love today. It feels like a birthday lols,” she tweeted. “I get really sweet and bittersweet memories listening to the album, I faced many challenges during the process and afterwards, but the result was beautiful and successful. Love you forever.’
Despite being slow to produce a second studio album, Cardi managed to achieve another monster success with her wildly popular collaborative single WAP, in which she teamed up with Megan Thee Stallion.
