Offset placed a tender hand on his wife’s waist as they made their way through the crowd.

Patrick Clark, 33, was arrested by Houston police on Friday and charged with the rapper’s murder on November 1 at a private party in front of the 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston in Texas.

Takeoff, 28, a member of hip-hop trio Migos, was shot in the head and torso, according to a coroner’s report. He was pronounced dead at the scene early in the morning.

Houston Police Department Sgt. Michael Burrow said, “We have been able to conclude that Patrick Clark is the fatal shooter in the case and therefore he is charged with murder.”

Burrow said the shooting took place after an argument erupted after a game of craps: “I can tell you Takeoff was not involved in the craps game, he was not involved in the argument that was taking place outside.

“He wasn’t armed, he was an innocent bystander.”

Houston Police Chief Troy Finner added, “Definitely wrong place at wrong time, no evidence to say otherwise.”

Two other people were injured in the shooting at the bowling alley.

Horrifying footage from the night showed the desperate final moments of Migos rapper Quavo desperately trying to save his nephew when gunfire erupted. Takeoff was born Kirshnik Khari Ball.

Friends and fans criticized the “senseless violence” of the murder and paid tribute to the rapper.

Thousands gathered outside the State Farm Arena to mourn the 28-year-old’s life at his funeral, and Quavo, 31, shared an emotional post with his 22.4 million Instagram followers, praising their relationship as well as a set of childhood photos detailed.

“It’s so hard to tell you I miss you because you’re always with me and we did everything together. Ever since we were kids you were by my side looking up at me your eyes waiting for me to take the next step…then you came right after me,” he wrote.

The performer continued, “You always made sure I got it done first so you could get it right with me. You never competed against me, we were always on the same team.’

Quavo also marveled at Takeoff’s ability to “be the quietest in the room but pay attention to everything that’s going on in the room.”

“Nothing ever really bothered Take, and he didn’t bother anyone. He is the most undisturbed person in the world. He never got angry, he never raised his voice, and when he did, he silenced the room because what Take said was law,” the singer said.

Quavo also called Takeoff the “funniest person in the room” and mused “once you got him going he wouldn’t stop”.

“Growing up, he knew every song on the Hot Boyz album, every lyric word for word, and he cursed a storm,” he recalled, before realizing they won a Boys and Girls Club talent show together when they “Get Ya Roll On” was played by Big Timer.

“So it’s safe to say we had something going at the time. It was easy for us when it came to style and swag… Then he created that triplet flow and the rest was HISTORY,” Quavo said. “He never gave a damn about titles or credit or which man had the most shine, it wasn’t him. He didn’t care for any of it when we brought it back to the family!’
