And Carol Vorderman was busy preparing for Sunday’s big night as she attended a dress fitting before slipping into leather pants for a trip to the salon.
Taking to Instagram, the 61-year-old TV personality caused a stir in the beautiful gray Isabell Kristenson dress, which she revealed she wore again in a spirit of “sustainability”.

“Ash is wearing the suit he wore as best man to @jordbanjo’s wedding earlier this year and I’m wearing a stunning dress I wore on stage for POB in 2018.

“The dress is beautiful silk and it was a great sustainable process. PS… they are NOT real jewels around the waist…. haha,’ [sic].
She also shared snaps of her second appearance on stage, a plunging scarlet gown with a long, dramatic train.

Ahead of Monday’s ceremony, Carol told the Mirror about her outfits that she’s “doing things a little differently this year”.
“We worked hard to make the entire event as green as possible.
Carol said: “At Pride of Britain we always reflect as much as we can on what’s going on in Britain. With the cost of living crisis, people need to save, so it’s only right that we recycle these clothes.
