Chanel Mings, Alexandre Nachi, Pierre-Paul Alain, Loic Oliviera and Bobby Beshro will complete the cast of collectionthe new original production by Club illico.
Directed by Podz (19-2), the series is inspired by true events and explores the world of crime through debt collector Kevin, played by Charles-Aubey Houde. The latter will try to leave the criminal organization of his mentor “Santa” (Guy Nadon) when he learns that his girlfriend Julie (Chanel Mings) is pregnant.
Then Kevin gets into a dangerous spiral with fatal consequences and can finally rely on his mother (Caroline Néron) and his uncle Stéphane (Claude Legault).
The series, produced by Fair-Play in collaboration with Quebecor Content, will develop into eight one-hour episodes.
Ludovic Huot and Charles-Étienne Brassard are writing the script.
Filming will begin in March while the series will land at Club illico in 2025.
