Carrie Bickmore has had a tough few months – she recently split from her partner of 11 years, Chris Walker, and left The Project.
But on Monday, the television and radio personality looked in good spirits as she enjoyed a girls’ outing with good friend Fifi Box, 46, who she has been leaning on during their split.
Carrie, 42, showed off her slim figure in skin-tight cycling shorts – she looked hot as they visited a woodland in Victoria for a picnic.
Carrie shared some pictures of herself and Fifi with fans on Instagram, and many commented on how good she looked in her yellow shorts.
“Forest fun for city girls,” her post began.

“Drived 90 minutes to find the forest is closed. Drove another hour to find an open forest. Picnic. Hide and seek. First LEECH encounter. Photo credit: a 4-year-old,” she added.

Carrie appears to have lost some weight in recent months and is looking noticeably slimmer since she stripped down into a bathing suit while on holiday in Europe in April last year (pictured).

In January, Carrie announced her split from her partner of 11 years, Chris Walker.
The TV and radio presenter announced their split in an Instagram statement at the time, saying the couple are focused on co-parenting their three children, Ollie, 15, Evie, seven, and Adelaide, four.
The news came just a month after Bickmore, 42, hosted her final episode of Channel 10’s The Project after stepping down because she wanted to spend more evenings at home with her family.
“It is with great sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,” she wrote.

“While this is a difficult time, we are focused on raising, loving and supporting our three children, Ollie, Evie and Addie, with everything we have.
“You’re doing great. We will not comment further.’
The project bid farewell to Bickmore on November 30 when she stepped down from the Channel 10 panel show after an impressive 13 years.

At the end of the show, she thanked her friends, colleagues and viewers, as well as Walker, who was sitting in the studio audience with her children.
“Is it too late to change my mind?” she said, fighting back tears.
“To Chris. Thank you for everything. Your guidance and advice over the years, your amazing production skills…” she added.
“This show has given us so much. We wouldn’t have our beautiful little prophets if it wasn’t for The Project.”
She said to her children: “You are my world. I love you guys.’
“For my parents and my friends and family. It certainly takes a village to help a mother of three get a job like this on TV and I couldn’t have done it without all of you. So thank you for picking up the shards,” she continued.

Bickmore and Walker’s love story captured the hearts of Australians.
They met as colleagues on The Project — she was a host and he was a producer — and they began dating in late 2012, two years after she lost her husband Greg Lange, the father of their eldest child Ollie, to brain cancer.
Despite his terminal diagnosis, Bickmore had married Langue in 2005 when she was just 25.
After Langue died in 2010 at the age of 35, a widowed Bickmore founded the charity Carrie’s Beanies for Brain Cancer in his memory.
Two years later, Bickmore had found love again with Walker, who became a stepfather to Oliver and with whom she later had two daughters: Evie, born in 2015, and Adelaide, born in 2018.
