Casey Donovan reveals the daily diet and exercise regimen she follows to achieve her incredible weight loss – after falling under 100 pounds for the first time in her adult life
Casey Donovan shared the daily meal and exercise plan that contributed to her successful weight loss.
In an Instagram Stories post on Friday, the 35-year-old shared her morning routine, which included time on a Reformer Pilates machine.
She then went on to post her meal prep and breakfast, which included a number of supplements including calcium, vitamin D, and turmeric.
Breakfast was Vegemite toast and cherry tomatoes, and a bowl of bananas with cinnamon.
Her meal prep included Asian-style mixed vegetables stir-fried with sesame oil and soy sauce.

Casey recently posted her Jenny Craig weekly meals.
The singer’s menu includes a breakfast of banana bread, whole wheat toast and fruit or Nutri-Grain cereal, two slices of whole wheat toast, and 1/2 cup of baked beans.
She also has a choice of an oat and apricot bar, an English muffin, fruit, and a boiled or poached egg.
Each breakfast also includes a portion of dairy products, which can be in the form of milk or yoghurt.

As for snacks, she can choose between dairy products, fruit, nuts, an English half muffin and ricotta cheese.
Lunch menus include a ham and cheese toast or pesto pasta, and side dishes include whole wheat bread, meat, and salad.
The diet is clearly flexible, with some days Casey substituting pumpkin soup for a burrito, roasted vegetables for a pork bun, and spaghetti bolognese for a frittata.
Dinner choices range from a beef pie with a side of veggies and bread to veggie tikka masala or roast chicken and veggies.
Casey also swapped some of their dinners, choosing a chicken curry instead of Thai fishcakes and a satay dish instead of cannelloni.

“Eight shows a week can be pretty exhausting at times… Only thing I love is being able to fit my @jennycraigausnz meals into every single day!” she wrote in her caption.
“I make my veggies and/or salads at home, take my Jenny Craig meals with me, and just reheat them before, between and after shows.” It’s ridiculously easy!’
