Jennifer Lopez looked cozy and chic as she met with contractors at her and husband Ben Affleck’s new $64 million mansion.
The “Let’s Get Loud” singer, 53, and the “Good Will Hunting” actor, 50, visited the grounds of the Pacific Palisades on Saturday.
Lopez opted for light blue baggy cargo pants with pockets. She completed the demure look with a white turtleneck and brown boots, with her hair styled in a messy bun.
Her Oscar-winning husband also opted for comfort in an orange flannel coat over a black top, with dark wash jeans and brightly colored Nike Air Jordan trainers.
Pictures show the couple touring the property with their phones and an iPad in hand.

The palatial California home sits on 1.13 acres and features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gym, movie theater, game room, elevator, and a huge yard with a private pool and fire pit. Per The Post, Affleck and Lopez took up residence on the property after reportedly retiring from the trusteeship of a neighboring $34.5 million home earlier this month.
It offers plenty of space for the couple’s blended family: Lopez shares her 15-year-old twins, Emme and Max, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Affleck shares Seraphina, 17, Violet, 14, and Samuel, 11, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
The Maid In Manhattan star recently paid tribute to her children with a heartwarming post shared via Instagram on her 15th birthday – with her stepdad making a cameo.

“Happy birthday to my beautiful brilliant coconuts 🥥🥥. I’m so proud of you both in every way,” Lopez captioned the video.
“You bring so much joy and happiness to my heart and soul. I love you forever.”
One of the snaps in the Instagram reel, set to the tune of Taylor Swift’s “Fifteen,” showed Max sleeping on Affleck’s shoulders.

After Lopez’s marriage to Anthony ended, the singer moved on with Alex Rodriguez in 2017. However, she ended her engagement to the retired Yankee in 2021 and quickly moved on with Affleck — again.
The “Gigli” co-stars were together for the first time and even engaged from 2002 to 2004. Following their rekindled romance, Affleck popped the question to Lopez for a second time in April 2022.
The couple wed in Las Vegas in July of this year and said “I do” for the second time in Georgia last August.
Since their families merged, Lopez said, the “emotional transition” has been a “dream come true.”
“It was just a phenomenal year. I think my best year since having my kids,” she gushed on the Today show in January.
