Despite strong international criticism, Israeli soldiers have been stationed in and around the clinic for days.

Numerous patients, including 31 premature babies, were evacuated from the embattled hospital several days after the operation began. According to the UN emergency relief office, as of Friday morning, around 250 patients and staff were reportedly in the hospital.

The Israeli military allowed foreign journalists access to underground facilities before the destruction of the Shifa Clinic tunnel complex. Missile alert

The fight continued until the end. There were rocket alarms in the Israeli border area shortly before the ceasefire began. The Israeli army had already intensified attacks in the Gaza Strip and will keep its soldiers stationed in the Gaza Strip during the lull in the fighting.
