The annual event in the capital promotes more inclusion and acceptance of LGBT+ communities.
And Gemma was certainly in the mood for a party as she caught up with friends Jedward at The Clockstock, Chelmsford, where they partied lavishly backstage.
The former TOWIE star, 42, cut a bold figure in a sparkly pink jacket and wide-brimmed white hat as she danced with the twins, 31, to DJ Fat Tony’s set.
Meanwhile, TOWIE babe Demi Sims, 26, was welcomed to London Pride at a Superdrug Pride event at the Vauxhall Tavern on Friday night.

Carrying a Pride flag, the looker opted for a blue athletic top and ripped jeans while enjoying the celebrations with pro boxer Maisey Rose.
Elsewhere, Dame Kelly Holmes got in the mood as she partied in rainbow colors with her friends on the street.
The Olympian even had her eyebrows decorated with colorful glitter while soaking up the atmosphere in the capital.
Love Island star Tasha Ghouri also enjoyed the march and shared a snap of the gathered crowd.
She later turned the camera on herself as she expressed her anticipation of attending Take That, who will be performing at BST Hyde Park on the same day.

This year the official London Pride parade ran from Hyde Park Corner, through Piccadilly Circus, down Haymarket and along Pall Mall to Trafalgar Square, ending at Whitehall Place.
Beverley Knight, 50, shared a similar upload of herself in different colorful looks for the same effect, which she captioned “Happy Pride my loves.”

Adam Lambert headlined the London Pride stage in Trafalgar Square, with support from Idina Menzel, Todrick Hall and a surprise performance by Rita Ora.
The parade – led by the Mayor of London – brought together around 600 groups from LGBT+ community groups, LGBT+ businesses and partners.
As a non-profit organisation, any excess funds generated by London Pride are reinvested back into the LGBT+ community to support initiatives and campaigns aimed at greater inclusivity and acceptance.
