David Tutera, best known as a party planner for celebrity weddings, needs to start planning his own divorce.
TMZ reports that Joey Toth, Tutera's husband of more than six years, has filed for dissolution of their marriage, citing irreconcilable differences in court documents obtained by the publication.
The official date of their separation was given as Friday, January 19th.
As part of his demands in his petition, Toth is asking a judge to order his estranged husband to pay him spousal support and to ensure that he does not have to pay Tutera any money.
He also wants the judge to require the “My Fair Wedding With David Tutera” host to pay his legal fees.

It turns out that this isn't the first time Toth has filed for divorce.
In fact, court documents show that he first petitioned Tutera to end his marriage in 2020, but withdrew the petition before it became official.
Tutera and Toth had been together for about four years when they tied the knot in front of 280 guests in an extravagant ceremony at the Hollywood United Methodist Church in Los Angeles, according to People.
It was Tutera who popped the question in April 2016 during a trip to Hawaii with his then four-year-old daughter Cielo by his side.
After their wedding together, the couple received the distinction of being the first same-sex couple to marry at the historic Hollywood landmark.
After the ceremony, guests headed to the luxurious Millennium Biltmore Hotel, where they were greeted with the atmosphere of 1920s Old Hollywood.
While Tutera gave birth to daughter Cielo, now 10, via surrogate with ex-husband Ryan Jurica in June 2013, he and Toth also have a daughter Gracie, four, together.
Together with Cielo, the former couple's surrogate mother also gave birth to Jurica's son Cedric.

Tutera, who has planned celebrations for celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Matthew McConaughey and Prince Charles, who has since been elevated to royal status following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth.
In addition to his work as a party planner and emcee, which includes being named Best Celebrity Wedding Planner by Life & Style Magazine, Tutera is also the author of seven books.
He is also engaged as a professional speaker to give lectures on weddings, lifestyle and design.
