“I am so happy to be able to experience this! “Especially after a big project like “The Bodyguard”, which is about Céline’s repertoire… It will also be the first time that I have the chance to sing with 47 musicians,” explains the singer after attending the rehearsal Symphonique performed full of emotions at the Maison “All By Myself” with the conductor and violinist Alexandre Da Costa and the pianist John Roney.
For Jennifer-Lee Dupuy, who is one of the six soloists in the show, Céline Dion is a role model. “For me it’s a great example. I grew up with Céline's songs in my ears. For me she was always the brave one, the young person who is not afraid, who makes her dreams come true.
A courage that corresponds to the courage of Jennifer-Lee Dupuy, born in 1992, who has made a name for herself especially within the Star Académie. The one who initially dedicated herself to a career in marketing and entrepreneurship is now entirely dedicated to music. “I have an entrepreneurial side. In the future I would definitely like to combine both: music and entrepreneurship.”

No matter: Jennifer-Lee Dupuy combines her efforts to give the best possible concert. “I have to be consistent when I practice, keep my vocal cords hydrated, do vocal warm-ups, avoid things that can irritate my vocal cords… These are little tips that help me a little more in my song explorations.” Céline.”
Jennifer-Lee Dupuy, who will be on stage with soloists Anne Sila, Vincent Niclo, Josiane Comeau, Barnev Valsaint and Measha Brueggergosman-Lee, is particularly looking forward to singing a duet with the latter. “We have two different registers,” she emphasizes. I can’t wait to see the marriage of our voices!”
An EP in 2024
If Jennifer-Lee Dupuy was able to prove herself as a performer, she now wants to make her talent known as a songwriter.
“I am actively working on my personal project,” she reveals. I'm in the studio and things are moving fast! I will release an EP in early 2024, a mix of R&B, soul and even house, in French and English. I’m trying to keep it modern while showing off the full voice!”
