She told her followers that she’s embracing the wellness trend for its supposed “mental and physical benefits.”
Before diving into the icy water, Chantel took a moment to show off her shapely body in her skimpy two-piece.
She then held onto both sides of the tub before slowly climbing into it.
Chantel kept her neck, chest and arms above water – despite experts recommending participants submerge their entire bodies up to their necks.
Chantel is an experienced DJ and popular Instagram influencer who is also an aspiring music producer.
She previously described her taste in music as “a hip-hop influenced take on dance music.”
